Shipping & Returns
Where does my product ship from and how long does it take?
Orders ship from Columbia, South Carolina USA. Orders leave our studio within 24-48 hours and can take 2-5 days to ship via USPS or UPS this will be based on your selection.
Priority Shipping- USPS ( Arrives in 2-5 days after order is processed)
What happens if my product is damaged during shipment?
For our melts we hope that this is not a problem but for the candles we wrap and package to prevent damage. So if this issue arises, please email us within 5 days of receipt of your item so that we can begin processing.
Returns are accepted on regular priced items to include candles, room spray and wax melts in its original condition (unused) and packaging within 15 days of receipt of your order. As for our soap we do not accept returns. In the event your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at email@example.com and remember to keep all packaging and broken/damaged products. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded. Once received, your return will be inspected for approval. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business day, and we will notify you via email that your refund has been processed.
